Robert comes with a ton of experience in high-level technical computer repair. he's been an Apple Certified Mac Technician since 1998, with an expertise in Apple help desk and support for hardware, OS and software. He spent the last 13 years as IT manager for Rethink, Canada's most creative advertising agengy.

"The Parksville Qualicum Beach Mac Users Group (MUG) is a unique registered non profit society which brings together a diverse range of techies from Apple enthusiasts to new Mac users. “Our group provides an opportunity to share ideas and knowledge,” said recently elected president of the group, Dan LaRoque, certified Macintosh technician of Up Your Media. LaRoque said the membership, which consists of approximately 100 people, varies in their level of expertise."

The Parksville Mac Users Group meet on the second Tuesday of every month at the Parksville Forum at 100 Jensen Street. The goal of the group is to educate and share information to its members and guests on the Mac computer platform and applications. They’re friendly people, come join them.
